UI / Brand Designer

Key responsibilities

• Defining the visual direction and style for digital products, including typography, color, UI patterns, and design systems.
• Developing brand identity and guidelines while ensuring consistency across all product and brand touchpoints.
• Leading UI projects and directing the design process from concept to delivery.
• Collaborating directly with clients, facilitating workshops, and presenting design concepts and solutions.
• Mentoring junior and mid-level UI designers, providing training and support.

Requirements

• Extraordinary skills in layouts, grids, UI patterns, color theory, and typography.
• At least 3 years of documented commercial experience with an extensive portfolio.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Polish.
• Proactive attitude with a deep understanding of business and technology.
• Extreme attention to detail in every aspect of design.
