UHNW Operations Consultant

Wealth Enhancement is an independent wealth management firm dedicated to enriching the lives of our clients through personalized financial planning. We are seeking a UHNW Operations Consultant Lead to provide operational leadership and advanced portfolio accounting expertise for our most complex ultra high net worth client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational and performance reporting lead for complex multi-entity households, trusts, and alternative investments.
• Design, implement, and refine scalable performance reporting frameworks and customized client reports.
• Act as a senior subject matter expert for portfolio accounting, performance calculations, and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with advisors and internal teams to translate complex client needs into effective data and workflow solutions.
• Oversee the setup and maintenance of alternative investments and manual accounts within our reporting systems.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial services operations, portfolio accounting, or family office operations.
• At least 3 years of direct experience supporting UHNW or complex multi-entity client relationships.
• Strong proficiency with portfolio accounting systems such as Orion Advisor Technology or Addepar.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and a deep understanding of performance calculation methodologies.
• Proven ability to build processes from scratch and resolve complex data discrepancies.
