Tutoring Specialist - Freelance AI Trainer Project

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate model responses for clarity, correctness, and instructional effectiveness.
• Create gold-standard teaching exemplars and provide structured, rewritten explanations to improve model performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in university instruction, bootcamp mentoring, corporate enablement, or online course creation.
• Deep understanding of pedagogical concepts and the ability to break down complex ideas into logically sequenced steps.
• Native-level English communication skills with a focus on high empathy and high rigor.
• Ability to document subtle reasoning errors and provide constructive, structured feedback.
