Treasury developer TWS (Treasury Workstation)

ADDENDUM is a global software development and IT team augmentation firm specializing in the fintech, banking, and telecommunications sectors. We are looking for a Treasury Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of Treasury Workstation solutions that support critical banking operations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements for treasury processes, focusing on bank statement ingestion and conversion.
• Develop and maintain code for bank statement parsing, data mapping, validation, and transformation.
• Create and maintain automation scripts and macros to support operational processes and data validation.
• Design and implement system integrations using file-based interfaces, APIs, and batch processing mechanisms.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs and implementation guides.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience with scripting and automation tools such as Excel VBA.
• Strong knowledge of file parsing and data transformation for formats like CSV, XML, and TXT.
• Experience with system integrations, including APIs and batch processing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a proactive, delivery-focused mindset.
