Transformation Lead

We are currently looking for a Transformation Lead to join our team and drive operational excellence through strategic process optimization and systems transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive process audits across Sales, Finance, Delivery, and People teams to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Mapping and optimizing end-to-end business processes, with a specific focus on sales workflows and system consolidation.
• Defining the source of truth for key organizational data and mapping data flows between various internal and external platforms.
• Overseeing system migrations, including requirements gathering, validation, and ensuring successful project delivery.
• Acting as a strategic filter for new process and tool ideas to ensure alignment with business priorities and operational architecture.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in transformation, process excellence, or operations within mid-sized organizations.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional business systems transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major system decommissioning, consolidation, or replacement project.
• Strong ability to design integration requirements and manage data migrations, including cleansing and validation.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and internal development teams.
