Transformation Coach (AI & Agile)

We are currently seeking an experienced Transformation Coach (AI & Agile) to support the evolution of a product-based organization towards AI-driven ways of working, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Drive Agile and AI transformation initiatives across product teams and Agile Release Trains.
• Coach teams, Product Owners, and leaders on Agile principles, product mindset, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Support the adoption of AI tools in daily delivery activities, including planning, development, and testing.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions related to Agile, product management, and prompt engineering.
• Promote responsible AI practices, governance, and ethical usage across the organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading Agile transformation initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience driving AI adoption within product development or technology organizations.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Agile at Scale frameworks.
• Practical experience using AI-powered tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Azure AI.
• Excellent communication skills in English at a C1 level or higher.
