Transformation and Change Management Practitioner

Crosslake Technologies is seeking a Transformation and Change Management Practitioner to lead large-scale initiatives for private equity investors and portfolio companies. You will help clients turn strategic ambitions into executable transformation programs, aligning technology, people, and processes to drive measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-workstream transformation programs from initial diagnosis through to sustained delivery.
• Create clear transformation roadmaps, including target operating models, initiative sequencing, and investment requirements.
• Establish effective program governance to enable senior leaders to make timely decisions and maintain accountability.
• Build commitment across client organizations through credible stakeholder engagement and practical communication strategies.
• Translate technical and operational issues into commercial implications regarding growth, margin, and value creation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading transformation, change management, or complex program delivery.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional change programs with senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial judgment with the ability to connect transformation activities to tangible business value.
• Sufficient technology fluency to work credibly with product, engineering, and data leadership teams.
• Excellent structured thinking, facilitation, and presentation skills with a collaborative leadership style.
