SGS is seeking an ambitious and experienced Transfer Pricing Senior Specialist to join our central team. In this role, you will support key projects, contribute to global transfer pricing policies, and collaborate with stakeholders across our international organization.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation, including Local Files, Master Files, and benchmarking studies.
- Support the development and maintenance of SGS transfer pricing policies and intercompany pricing models.
- Draft and manage intercompany agreements in cooperation with Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders.
- Provide expert transfer pricing advice to regional and local teams to address complex tax matters.
- Participate in M&A, business integration, and process improvement initiatives, including the implementation of new technologies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in transfer pricing, preferably within a multinational environment.
- University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Tax, Law, or a related discipline.
- Solid understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and international principles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide practical recommendations.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with transfer pricing databases and research tools.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
