Training Specialist

Colibri Group is a leader in online professional education, dedicated to supporting over one million learners annually through a family of trusted brands. We are seeking a Training Specialist to join our Customer Service team, helping our representatives build the knowledge, skills, and confidence necessary to deliver exceptional experiences across voice, chat, and email.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver scalable onboarding, e-learning, and continuous learning programs to improve representative performance.
• Facilitate engaging live virtual and instructor-led training sessions covering onboarding, upskilling, and process changes.
• Partner consultatively with Customer Service leaders and Quality Assurance teams to identify performance gaps and recommend effective learning solutions.
• Use performance data, KPIs, and learner feedback to evaluate training effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain training operations, including LMS content, course materials, and readiness documentation as processes evolve.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in training, Learning & Development, or contact center operations.
• Hands-on experience developing e-learning content and facilitating live virtual or instructor-led training.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to translate complex information into engaging experiences.
• Consultative approach to stakeholder partnership with the ability to assess needs and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
