Track & Trace Representative (2nd shift)

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Track & Trace Representative to join our team and support our third-party logistics operations in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily communication with drivers and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Proactively notify relevant parties regarding any shipment issues or delays.
• Accurately input tracking updates into the system and handle incoming client calls.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments while maintaining knowledge of transportation market trends.

Requirements

• Upper-Intermediate (B2) English proficiency is mandatory for this role.
• Proven ability to thrive in a high-stress, fast-paced work environment.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with PC tools, specifically Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and previous experience in customer support.
