Track & Trace Coordinator (#2)

Zelh is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Track & Trace Coordinator to support our freight brokerage operations. This role is essential for monitoring active shipments from pickup through final delivery, ensuring accurate load information, and maintaining seamless communication with carriers and drivers to provide excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor active shipments from dispatch through final delivery and verify arrival and departure times.
• Contact carriers and drivers to obtain accurate transit updates and confirm schedules.
• Update shipment status, notes, and ETA information within the Transportation Management System.
• Identify and escalate potential service failures such as delays, breakdowns, or missed appointments.
• Obtain and upload necessary shipment documentation to ensure accurate billing processes.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to handle frequent phone calls and emails.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of shipments simultaneously.
• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of urgency when addressing service issues.
• Professionalism when interacting with drivers, carriers, and customers, even in challenging situations.
• Experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or dispatch is preferred but not required.
