Track & Trace Coordinator (#1)

Zelh is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Track & Trace Coordinator to support our freight brokerage operations. This role is essential for monitoring active shipments from pickup through final delivery, ensuring accurate load information, and maintaining seamless communication with carriers and drivers to provide excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor active shipments from dispatch through final delivery to ensure they remain on schedule.
• Contact carriers and drivers to obtain accurate transit updates and verify arrival or departure times.
• Update shipment status, notes, and ETA information within the Transportation Management System.
• Identify and escalate service issues such as delays, breakdowns, or missed appointments to the appropriate team members.
• Obtain and upload necessary documentation, including Bills of Lading and Proofs of Delivery, to ensure billing readiness.

Requirements

• Strong sense of urgency and the ability to manage a high volume of shipments simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for professional interaction with drivers and customers.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to recognize potential problems before they escalate.
• Comfortable working independently and making decisions within established operational procedures.
• Previous experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or dispatch is considered an asset.
