Tournament Logistics Operator (m/f/x)

GRID is looking for a detail-oriented Tournament Logistics Operator to join our Tournament Services team. You will play a vital role in ensuring our esports tournaments run smoothly by managing the operational logistics and providing professional support to participating teams throughout the entire tournament lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate operational logistics for teams, including Team Participation Agreements, prize money processes, and travel arrangements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for teams, ensuring all requirements are understood and delivered accurately.
• Manage complex travel logistics such as flights, accommodation, and visa requirements for event participants.
• Identify potential logistical risks and coordinate their resolution before they impact tournament delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and support post-event reviews to identify opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
• Proven experience in tournament logistics, team services, event operations, or travel coordination.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to solving logistical challenges.
• Experience managing financial processes such as contracts, invoices, or prize money distribution.
• Passion for esports and a deep understanding of the needs of tournament participants.
