Tournament Coordinator EMEA (m/f/x)

GRID is looking for a dedicated Tournament Coordinator to join our Tournament Services team and take operational ownership of assigned esports tournaments. You will be responsible for translating tournament objectives and commercial requirements into clear, executable operational plans, ensuring successful delivery from initial planning through to live execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end operational planning, coordination, and delivery of assigned tournaments.
• Coordinate tournament formats, schedules, competitive structures, and operational requirements.
• Act as the primary operational point of contact for internal teams, publishers, and external partners.
• Ensure all tournament systems, documentation, and resources are validated and ready before launch.
• Maintain tournament KPIs, trackers, and lead post-event operational reviews and debriefs.

Requirements

• Previous experience in tournament operations, esports, event management, or project coordination.
• Strong understanding of tournament planning, competitive structures, and live event operations.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple workstreams.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and risk-management skills under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
