Tokenization Program Manager (f/m/x)

Sii Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced Tokenization Program Manager to lead implementation programs for financial institutions and technology partners. In this fully remote role, you will drive the development of secure digital payment solutions, enabling seamless integration with platforms like Apple Pay and Google Pay while working on impactful projects within the global digital payments sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects related to card tokenization and digital wallet solutions.
• Coordinate collaboration between banks, card processing providers, and technology partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project risks, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful production deployment.
• Monitor compliance with payment regulations, security standards, and analyze digital wallet adoption metrics.
• Collaborate closely with product, technical, operational, and security teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within the electronic payments or banking sector.
• Deep expertise in card tokenization, Visa Token Service, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
• Strong knowledge of payment security standards including EMV, PCI DSS, and 3D Secure.
• Proven ability to manage complex IT programs while working with diverse business and technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in Polish and an advanced level of English.
