TMS Application & Configuration Manager

emagine Polska is seeking a dedicated TMS Application & Configuration Manager to take ownership of the functional configuration and day-to-day management of our Transport Management System. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between technology and operational teams, ensuring the system effectively supports our logistics and supply chain processes across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage functional configuration and application integration of the Transport Management System.
• Oversee change requests and coordinate enhancements through to testing and go-live.
• Support the rollout of the system across different countries and business units.
• Act as the main liaison with the technology and operational teams.
• Ensure maintenance of the Group template while adapting to local needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Transport Management Systems.
• Ability to manage multi-country business applications.
• Strong knowledge of logistics, transportation, and supply chain processes.
• Experience in configuring workflows and managing data structures in enterprise applications.
• Proficient analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
