TMS Application & Configuration Manager (CarLo)

emagine is seeking a dedicated TMS Application & Configuration Manager to take ownership of the functional configuration and daily management of the CarLo Transport Management System. In this role, you will act as the primary contact for the system vendor, ensuring that workflows, business rules, planning parameters, and master data are optimized to support complex logistics operations across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the functional configuration, workflows, and business rules within the CarLo TMS platform.
• Oversee master data structures and planning parameters to ensure alignment with group-wide templates.
• Handle change requests and system enhancements in collaboration with IT Service Owners and technical teams.
• Provide operational support and act as the primary point of contact for Soloplan and internal stakeholders.
• Balance standardized global processes with specific local requirements in a multi-country environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in application management, support, or functional ownership of Transport Management Systems.
• Proven expertise in configuring workflows, business logic, and master data within TMS environments.
• Strong understanding of logistics, transportation, and supply chain management processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to coordinate across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience with SQL, EDI, or API integrations is considered a significant advantage.
