TikTok Shop Talent Manager

Foap is a trailblazing creative agency and platform that connects millions of creators with the world's biggest brands. As we expand our operations to support the launch of TikTok Shop in Poland, we are looking for a dedicated TikTok Shop Talent Manager to help build our creator ecosystem from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Recruiting and onboarding creators into the Foap Creator Network.
• Identifying high-potential creators based on audience, engagement, and niche.
• Managing the entire creator journey, from first contact to long-term collaboration.
• Organizing webinars and educational sessions to coach creators on live shopping and content creation.
• Ensuring content quality and compliance while supporting creators in affiliate campaigns.

Requirements

• Two to three years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or community management.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to lead webinars.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, creator culture, and affiliate marketing.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent Polish and English proficiency.
