Link Group is seeking an experienced Third Party Risk & Governance Manager to lead the development and implementation of cybersecurity risk management processes for external partners and service providers. This role is essential in ensuring that third-party risks are identified, assessed, and monitored throughout the entire relationship lifecycle, working closely with cross-functional teams to maintain high security standards.
Key responsibilities
- Support the implementation and ongoing development of third-party cybersecurity risk management processes.
- Coordinate risk assessments, classification activities, and remediation follow-up for external partners.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, IT, and business teams to ensure consistent application of security standards.
- Monitor program effectiveness using KPIs, dashboards, and regular management reporting.
- Identify process gaps and drive improvements to enhance risk visibility and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Professional experience in Third Party Risk Management, cybersecurity risk, GRC, or technology risk.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, ISO 27036, DORA, or NIS2.
- Proven ability to coordinate risk assessments, remediation activities, and issue tracking.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence in complex, international environments.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate governance requirements into practical guidance.
