Thermoforming Technical Document & Data Control Specialist – PDM/ERP

Learntastic is seeking a dedicated Technical Document & Data Control Specialist to manage engineering documentation and ERP master data for heavy gauge thermoforming programs. This role is essential for ensuring that all specifications, BOMs, and work order packets are accurate, up-to-date, and fully compliant with production requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and revise SolidWorks drawings and EPDM records to ensure precise revision control and traceable history.
• Administer NetSuite master data, including item masters, BOMs, and routings, to maintain alignment between ERP records and released engineering documentation.
• Oversee the end-to-end Engineering Change process, including ECR/ECO submissions, approvals, and implementation tracking.
• Participate in daily production meetings to resolve documentation-related issues and ensure seamless manufacturing readiness.
• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards regarding document control and change management.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a production environment, specifically within heavy gauge thermoforming or returnable packaging.
• Strong proficiency in SolidWorks and EPDM/PDM workflows for revision and release management.
• Proven experience with NetSuite administration, focusing on BOMs, routings, and item master data.
• Solid understanding of ISO 9001:2015 document control and engineering change procedures.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to support cross-functional teams effectively.
