Testing Analyst

High Tech Genesis is seeking an experienced Testing Analyst to support a large-scale digital transformation initiative. This role focuses on User Acceptance Testing, quality assurance, defect management, and business readiness, working closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure system functionality and successful user adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute test scenarios, scripts, and cases based on business requirements and user stories.
• Perform various testing types including UAT, functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Identify, document, track, and validate defects through to resolution.
• Develop user guides, training materials, and knowledge articles to support user adoption.
• Leverage AI and Generative AI tools to improve testing efficiency and documentation while ensuring human oversight.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Testing Analyst, QA Analyst, or Business Systems Analyst.
• Strong hands-on experience with test case development and UAT execution.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum or sprint-based delivery environments.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar work management and testing platforms.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
