Test Specialist

Pretius Software is seeking a dedicated Test Specialist to join an international project within the financial industry. We are looking for a professional who can effectively bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution while ensuring high quality standards in complex enterprise environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive test strategies, plans, and schedules.
• Coordinate testing activities across business and technical teams.
• Execute manual test scenarios, including SAP-related test cases.
• Manage defect triage, coordinate issue resolution, and perform retesting.
• Collect and maintain complete, traceable test evidence in line with GxP requirements.
• Prepare test summary reports and monitor testing progress to identify risks.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Test Manager or Senior Test Specialist in complex enterprise projects.
• Mandatory experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Strong understanding of GxP principles, validation processes, and audit-ready documentation.
• Experience with SAP, SAP Solution Manager, or other ALM tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Very good communication skills in English.
