Test PMO Manager

Cloudatus is a specialized cloud service and consulting provider supporting midsize and large enterprises throughout their digital transformation. We are currently seeking an experienced Test PMO Manager to lead testing activities for a major international client project, bridging the gap between project governance and technical quality assurance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and coordinate the overall software test strategy, planning, and test specifications.
• Manage test execution, resources, systems, and test environments while ensuring entry and exit criteria are met.
• Maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix and ensure audit-ready documentation.
• Oversee defect management processes from identification through to final resolution and verification.
• Support broader PMO activities, including status tracking, risk management, and dependency coordination.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in PMO, Project Management, or Project Governance.
• Proven track record in software and IT Test Management within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in test planning, execution, and requirements traceability.
• Excellent project coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured, proactive, and quality-focused approach to work with good English proficiency.
