Test Manager

Anitech Solutions is looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead our QA strategy and ensure the highest quality of our software platforms. You will be responsible for driving the testing lifecycle, mentoring our QA team, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to deliver reliable, high-performance products.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies covering functional, non-functional, integration, regression, performance, and security testing.
• Manage and mentor the QA team, fostering a culture of quality ownership and ensuring on-time delivery within Agile sprints.
• Lead automated and manual test execution while establishing KPIs and quality metrics to report on release readiness.
• Implement and maintain test automation frameworks and integrate testing processes into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with product teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure compliance with data privacy and accessibility standards.

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Over 7 years of experience in software testing, including at least 3 years in a senior role such as Test Manager or QA Lead.
• Strong background in testing SaaS platforms or enterprise applications, ideally within the EdTech domain.
• Extensive experience with test automation frameworks, performance testing tools, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
