Test Manager - SAP integration testing

Link Group is seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead testing activities for a high-profile regulatory project focused on the EU Battery Regulation and the Digital Battery Passport. This role requires a blend of strategic test management and hands-on technical execution across complex system landscapes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and execution approaches across multiple project workstreams.
• Perform hands-on REST API testing, including validation against OpenAPI specifications, JSON schemas, and API contracts.
• Plan and execute integration and end-to-end tests involving SAP systems, middleware, reporting solutions, and external registries.
• Coordinate API testing and onboarding processes for external data providers.
• Manage test data and coordinate User Acceptance Testing with business stakeholders to ensure alignment on acceptance criteria.
• Track defects, maintain documentation in Jira and Confluence, and provide regular progress reports to project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Test Manager or Test Lead within complex integration projects.
• Proven hands-on experience with REST API testing using tools such as Postman or Bruno.
• Strong knowledge of OpenAPI, JSON Schema, and API contract testing methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience with SAP interface and integration testing.
• Proficiency in using Jira, Xray or Zephyr, Confluence, and Excel for project management.
• Fluent command of the English language.
