Test Lead (ETL Testing)

Experis Manpower Group is seeking an experienced Test Lead to oversee quality assurance for complex data integration, ETL/ELT, and analytics platforms. This role is pivotal in ensuring data integrity and quality across the entire data lifecycle, from ingestion to downstream consumption, while leading QA efforts within Agile delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QA activities for data integration, ETL/ELT, data warehouse, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Define and drive test strategies, quality gates, and release readiness across multiple Agile delivery teams.
• Oversee functional, integration, regression, UAT, and performance testing to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Manage defect resolution, root-cause analysis, and quality improvement processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and evolve ETL test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration to enhance testing efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in software testing, with at least 5 years in a dedicated QA leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading ETL and data testing programs within Agile environments.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing geographically distributed teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
