Test Lead (Employee Central)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the sub-stream "Testing & Migration" in the global SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation project
• Create and maintain an overall test & migration strategy aligned with project goals
• Define detailed test cases and scenarios to validate system functionality and data accuracy
• Configure and manage migration tools and test automation platforms
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) from a business perspective, ensuring operational readiness
• Provide consultation on best practice test management approaches in large-scale HRIS implementations

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience leading Employee Central implementations for large, international organizations
• Demonstrated ability to design and execute test & migration strategies in complex, international environments
• Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Advanced knowledge of Test Management methodologies and tools
• Fluent in English
• Skilled in Vendor Management and cross-functional collaboration
• Nice to have: Knowledge of German
