Test Automation / CI Engineer

CodiLime is a software and network engineering expert partnering with global leaders in the networking and telecommunications sectors. We are looking for a Test Automation / CI Engineer to join a newly formed team dedicated to enhancing robust test automation and CI/CD pipelines for a flagship router product.

Key responsibilities

• Designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD test automation pipelines and test suites in Python for pre-commit and regression testing.
• Automating environment provisioning, traffic generation, and network diagnostics across virtual and physical testbeds.
• Debugging failed runs by analyzing logs to distinguish between product bugs and environment issues.
• Collaborating with development teams to design comprehensive test coverage for new features.
• Leveraging AI-powered tools to accelerate scripting, log analysis, and root cause identification.

Requirements

• Strong Python programming skills with hands-on experience in pytest, PTF, sonic-mgmt, and Ansible.
• Solid background in CI/CD engineering and automated test orchestration.
• Deep networking knowledge focusing on routing protocols like BGP and OSPF, as well as SONiC routers.
• Proven troubleshooting skills with the ability to isolate root causes across product and environment layers.
• Proficiency with Git, Docker, and Linux command-line tools.
• Good command of English (B2+ level).
