Technical Support Remote Engineer (VIE)

Sungrow is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Remote Engineer to join our team as a VIE. In this role, you will serve as a primary technical expert, providing essential support to our distributors, installers, and end users within the French market to ensure the seamless operation of our clean energy solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical expert on our support hotline for the French market.
• Manage and resolve incoming technical tickets efficiently and professionally.
• Create and maintain comprehensive FAQ content to assist users and streamline support.
• Document internal processes to continuously improve the overall support experience.
• Prepare regular performance reports to track support metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Previous professional exposure to the energy sector.
• Excellent command of both French and English at a C1 level or above.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for documentation and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
