Technical Solutions Manager

Medallion is a leading provider operations platform dedicated to eliminating administrative bottlenecks in healthcare. We are looking for a Technical Solutions Manager to join our team and help our enterprise customers successfully onboard onto our platform by managing complex data migrations and building robust integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end data migration process, including extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loading of data into our platform.
• Engage directly with enterprise clients to gather requirements, resolve data discrepancies, and communicate project progress.
• Build evergreen integrations and Python-based automation scripts to support workflow automation and data ingestion.
• Write complex SQL queries for data extraction and reporting while ensuring clean, maintainable code.
• Partner with internal teams to productize repetitive implementation tasks and resolve any blockers that could delay project timelines.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data modeling and migration, specifically working with complex datasets.
• 4+ years of experience working directly with enterprise-level clients in a professional capacity.
• Proven expertise in writing complex SQL queries and Python scripts from scratch.
• Strong ability to design, build, and optimize end-to-end ETL pipelines.
• Experience working in a rapidly growing B2B SaaS startup environment.
