Technical SEO Specialist

LiveCareer is seeking a skilled Technical SEO Specialist to join our dynamic Content & SEO team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the organic growth of our international web properties, ensuring our platforms remain optimized to help job seekers worldwide find their ideal career opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits focusing on performance, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, and indexability.
• Analyze website traffic metrics to identify optimization opportunities and implement effective technical strategies.
• Collaborate closely with development and infrastructure teams to oversee the implementation of technical improvements.
• Provide expert guidance and support to content teams and stakeholders regarding SEO best practices.
• Stay at the forefront of industry trends and search engine updates to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in on-site and technical SEO, ideally within international marketplaces or SaaS environments.
• Strong proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and GA4.
• Solid understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript, alongside experience with schema markups.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex SEO issues and optimize for Core Web Vitals.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Polish to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
