WilsonHCG EMEA Ltd is seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Recruitment Consultant to join our collaborative team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients and a dedicated advocate for candidates, utilizing cutting-edge recruitment strategies to deliver top-tier talent.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full selection process, including identifying and assessing candidates, conducting phone screens, and facilitating interviews.
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through proactive market research and effective bench management.
• Develop creative recruitment strategies to identify both passive and active candidates for open positions.
• Consult with hiring managers regarding final selections, compensation, and recruitment processes to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate data in applicant tracking systems and ensure all weekly and monthly performance goals are met.

Requirements

• Proven experience in all aspects of recruiting, including competitive market research, passive sourcing, and candidate negotiation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment while consistently meeting performance expectations.
• Strong client focus with a commitment to continuous improvement and the ability to articulate recruitment strategies clearly.
• Excellent time prioritization skills and the flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and directions.
• Proficiency in MS Office, experience with applicant tracking systems, and a strong professional social media presence.
