Technical Recruiter - Poland

Productiv Team is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our growing organization and support our talent acquisition efforts across Europe and Latin America. This role is essential for building high-performing engineering teams while upholding our collaborative and people-first culture in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies and specific hiring needs.
• Proactively source technical candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other regional platforms.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment metrics, and reporting within the ATS.
• Continuously improve interview and evaluation processes to ensure high-quality hiring standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience recruiting for technical roles, specifically engineers and IT specialists.
• Proven track record of successful recruitment within EU markets.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Strong understanding of regional technical labor markets and hiring practices.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
