Technical Project Manager (SaaS)

Reply Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join a project for an international client in the automotive sector. You will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end onboarding of SaaS platforms and tools within a complex enterprise environment, bridging the gap between technical teams, security, and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding processes for new tools, software solutions, and SaaS platforms.
• Develop and manage transition plans, project milestones, dependencies, and readiness criteria.
• Coordinate activities across business, technical, security, compliance, and external vendor stakeholders.
• Support cloud and on-premise risk assessments and coordinate necessary mitigation activities.
• Manage IAM processes, including roles, permissions, and access lifecycle management.
• Maintain comprehensive architecture, project, and governance documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing tool, software, or SaaS onboarding and rollout projects.
• Strong project or transition management background within large enterprise environments.
• Solid understanding of AWS or Azure, including cloud security and access concepts.
• Familiarity with IAM, role-based access, and access-governance processes.
• Experience supporting IT or cloud risk assessments and compliance activities.
• Excellent English communication skills and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
