Technical Project Manager

Flyps is looking for an experienced and proactive Technical Project Manager to lead innovative projects in the fields of Computer Vision, LLMs, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Robotics. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of initiatives from initial planning to final delivery, focusing on process optimization and high-quality results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, initiate, and coordinate IT projects across various teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress at every stage to ensure alignment with goals, timelines, and scope.
• Proactively identify process improvements and implement actionable changes to boost efficiency.
• Coordinate team workloads, monitor performance, and support day-to-day operations.
• Maintain high-quality documentation, including technical records required for grant-based projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management within a tech-focused environment.
• Proven track record of managing long-term projects involving AI, Computer Vision, ML, or Robotics.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in preparing and managing technical documentation, particularly for grant settlement and reporting.
• Strong ability to analyze customer requirements from both business and technical perspectives.
• Fluency in both Polish and English at a C1 level.
