Technical Project Manager

OneReach.ai is the company behind Generative Studio X, an agentic orchestration platform that provides the infrastructure to govern, coordinate, and scale AI agents across enterprises. We are looking for a client-facing Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of automation projects, working closely with customers and our technical teams to define solutions and ensure project success.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements for the delivery team.
• Develop compelling pre-sales demonstrations and maintain accurate client proposals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prioritize, plan, and coordinate development activities to meet specific customer requirements.
• Lead day-to-day project operations while ensuring all technical documentation is complete and accurate.
• Monitor and control project timelines, budgets, and profitability margins.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in client-facing management roles such as Business Analysis or IT Project Management.
• Demonstrated technical proficiency with at least 2 years of experience in QA or development roles.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical discipline.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and project management in modern software environments.
• Fluent business English and a creative mindset for translating business visions into practical technical solutions.
