Technical Project Manager

Netguru is a trusted partner in digital commerce, helping leading brands modernize B2B solutions, marketplaces, and retail ecosystems. We are currently looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our team and take ownership of project success while working with world-class engineering and design professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Managing the budget, scope, and timeline while reporting development progress to stakeholders.
• Working directly with external clients to build long-term relationships and manage expectations.
• Coordinating the development of design and software solutions according to best practices.
• Motivating, supporting, and guiding the project team through various development phases.
• Creating or facilitating the creation of user stories, MVPs, and other lean documentation.

Requirements

• At least 2.5 years of experience in managing diverse agile IT projects.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban and tools such as Jira.
• Ability to monitor and improve delivery quality against software development standards.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (C1+) and Polish (C2).
• Technical knowledge enabling smooth communication with developers and QA specialists.
