Technical Project Manager

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the full lifecycle of complex, cross-functional projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Partner with senior leadership and product teams to translate strategic objectives into structured project plans and support roadmap prioritization.
• Lead and influence cross-department teams, including Engineering, Product, and Compliance, while resolving conflicts and facilitating collaboration.
• Develop and maintain strategic risk frameworks to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with governance processes.
• Support technical teams by clarifying requirements, resolving blockers, and translating technical information into business language for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, or Agile Certified Practitioner.
• 3–5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in software development or technical delivery environments.
• 2–3+ years of experience in the iGaming industry or a highly regulated digital sector.
• Advanced proficiency in Jira and other project management tools, with a strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
