Technical Project Manager (Enterprise Application)

Reply Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of a complex enterprise web application for an international client in the automotive sector. This role requires a blend of end-to-end project management expertise and a solid understanding of application architecture, software delivery, and system integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the application project end-to-end, covering scope, planning, timelines, resources, quality, and delivery.
• Collect, analyse, prioritise, and maintain functional and non-functional requirements.
• Coordinate business teams, developers, architects, testers, operations teams, and external partners.
• Manage project scope, change requests, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Coordinate testing, acceptance, release, deployment, and operational handover activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex enterprise application projects end-to-end.
• Good understanding of application architecture, integrations, APIs, databases, infrastructure, and cloud services.
• Experience in requirements engineering and business-process analysis.
• Strong stakeholder-management, workshop-facilitation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Very good command of English.
