Technical Project Manager - Data Migration Program

emagine Polska is looking for a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead a complex data migration program across multiple international markets. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong technical background who can effectively bridge the gap between business stakeholders and engineering teams in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the migration program to ensure timely execution across all target markets.
• Plan and track migration progress while managing vendor relationships and proactively resolving project blockers.
• Own the project backlog and provide regular, transparent status reports to key stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business owners, market representatives, and external vendors.
• Escalate critical issues to the Program Lead to maintain project momentum and quality.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management specifically focused on data platform or data warehouse migration programs.
• Proven track record of working with external vendors to manage project scope, change requests, and strict timelines.
• Expertise in managing stakeholders across multiple countries within complex, matrixed corporate environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify data discrepancies and engage engineering teams with technical inquiries.
• Fluency in both Polish and English is mandatory for effective communication.
