Technical Program Manager

Harvey Nash Technology is seeking a skilled Technical Program Manager to join our team in a fully remote capacity. You will be responsible for driving complex, cross-team technology programs, ensuring seamless delivery from initial planning through to final execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of cross-team technology programs, managing roadmaps, milestones, and critical paths.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and integration points to resolve priority conflicts effectively.
• Define and track program KPIs against business outcomes, utilizing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product, Design, and Operations teams to maintain transparency regarding status, risks, and key decisions.
• Lead retrospectives and provide mentorship to Associate TPMs to foster team growth and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technology program or project management, with at least 2 years focused on multi-team, end-to-end delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related technical field.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile, Kanban, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Jira, and Confluence, alongside basic SQL skills and familiarity with at least one programming language.
• Fluent command of both English and Polish.
