Technical Program Manager

About the Project

For our client from logistics industry, we are looking for a Technical Program Manager to join the Technology Strategy & Governance team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end technology programs, facilitating cross-functional alignment, conducting executive-level governance meetings, and driving performance against key business outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

• Craft comprehensive program plans - from initial objectives and milestones to release roadmaps and dependency mapping - connecting technical scope directly to business outcomes

• Oversee technical integrations and non-functional requirements (SLAs/SLOs, security, operability), keeping track of key architectural decisions and risk logs (RAID)

• Proactively manage inter-team dependencies, identifying potential priority conflicts early to ensure smooth execution

• Design and facilitate governance processes, including steering committees, rollout readiness checks, and executive status reporting

• Establish program KPIs and health metrics; leverage quantitative and qualitative product/user analytics to guide strategic decision-making

• Systematize the integration of AI tools across the program (e.g., for scenario testing, metrics validation, and reporting) to drive repeatable efficiency

• Manage relationships with external partners and vendors, ensuring alignment on SLAs/OLAs while maintaining transparent communication with internal Product, Engineering, and Operations teams

• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and offer guidance to Associate TPMs to help elevate overall team standards

Expectations

• Min. 3-5 years of experience in technical program management, ideally within complex tech environments

• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with tools like Jira and Confluence

• Proven track record of running governance structures, presenting structured recommendations to stakeholders, and leading cross-functional teams

• Ability to manage SLAs/SLOs, track technical dependencies, and use analytics data to influence decisions

• Strong initiative in resolving blockers, coordinating external vendors, and optimizing delivery workflows

• English and Polish on an advanced level
