Technical Program Manager (Pharma / SaaS Platforms)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to join a global pharmaceutical organization and lead multiple strategic initiatives focused on the delivery and evolution of modern SaaS platforms supporting scientific research.

This is a highly cross-functional role where you'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Quality, Business stakeholders and external vendors to drive platform releases, integrations and business adoption in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent technical programs related to SaaS platforms and scientific applications.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Quality, Business and external vendors.

• Drive release planning, deployment coordination, testing readiness and business transition activities.

• Manage program risks, dependencies, timelines and executive reporting.

• Coordinate platform integrations and ensure smooth delivery across multiple systems.

• Facilitate steering committees, workshops and stakeholder meetings.

• Partner with Quality and Validation teams to ensure compliance with regulated delivery standards.

• Support business readiness, user adoption and change management initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Technical Project or Program Management.

• Proven track record delivering multiple complex SaaS or technology initiatives simultaneously.

• Experience working in pharma, biotech, healthcare or other regulated environments.

• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, release management and testing processes.

• Experience working with Jira and Confluence.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Experience with scientific platforms, laboratory systems, ELN, LIMS or research applications.

• Knowledge of GxP, validation and quality processes.

• Experience with SaaS platform releases and vendor management.

• Experience working in global, matrix organizations.
