Technical Program Manager, Digital Platforms & AI

Project Management Institute, Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery for our digital platforms and marketing AI enablement portfolio. You will translate strategic business priorities into actionable execution plans, managing complex workstreams from requirements through to production while collaborating with cross-functional engineering, architecture, and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the delivery of the Sitecore experience platform program and marketing AI enablement initiatives.
• Define scope, manage dependencies, and oversee decision gates to ensure reliable project execution.
• Translate product direction into clear requirements and integrated release plans for engineering and data teams.
• Maintain accountability for portfolio governance, financial oversight, and reporting.
• Operationalize new capabilities and processes within ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management or complex cross-functional transformation programs.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise CMS, digital experience platforms, or Sitecore-based solutions.
• Experience implementing AI, automation, or machine learning capabilities into production environments.
• Strong background in marketing technology ecosystems and customer data activation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage systems integrators and vendors to meet quality standards.
• Excellent executive communication skills and the ability to influence without authority.
