Technical Product Owner

Experis Manpower Group is seeking a Senior Technical Product Owner to oversee a portfolio of interconnected enterprise applications and integrations. In this role, you will serve as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating complex business needs into clear product priorities, actionable requirements, and strategic delivery plans.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps and backlogs across multiple enterprise applications.
• Translate business requirements into prioritized features, epics, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate backlog refinement, Agile planning, and cross-functional collaboration between business and technical teams.
• Coordinate cross-application dependencies, release planning, and deployment readiness.
• Communicate product priorities, delivery progress, and technical risks to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner, Technical Business Analyst, or in a similar role managing enterprise backlogs.
• Working knowledge of system integrations, including APIs, web services, middleware, and data interfaces.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate between business and technical domains.
• Ability to understand complex business processes and end-to-end solution architectures.
