Technical Product Owner (Core Team, AI technologies)

Creatio is an AI CRM and workflow platform where people and AI agents work together to help organizations run customer workflows in the AI era. We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Product Owner to join our Core team, focusing on scalability, performance optimization, and overall system efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and elaborate business requirements from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Define and defend product concepts, including strategy development, mockup creation, and drafting user stories.
• Conduct market research, including competitor analysis and reviews of industry reports from global analytical agencies.
• Lead SCRUM activities with development teams, including planning, refinement, and retrospective sessions.
• Implement product functionality using the platform's No-code tools and provide consultations to internal staff and partners.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies and no-code platforms.
• Deep understanding of data management and web technologies.
• Profound understanding of the software development lifecycle and application architecture.
• Strong comprehension of technologies essential for constructing high-performance web applications.
