Technical Product Manager with AI

Technical Product Manager with AI

Responsibilities:

• Own the full lifecycle of multiple AI/LLM-driven use cases – from requirements through POC (Proof of Concept) to MVP (Minimum Viable Product) delivery
• Engage business stakeholders frequently and proactively. Maintain recurring touchpoints, demos, and status updates
• Gather and document requirements, including: standard Requirements Document, business Architecture Document (data sources, transformations, AI steps, outputs)
• Coordinate execution with developers, architects, designers, and data teams to ensure requirements translate into working solutions
• Manage expectations with stakeholders – ensuring clarity on what's being built, timelines, and readiness for deployment. Must confidently interface with senior partners in challenging forums
• Oversee multiple use cases in parallel, ensuring prioritization and efficiency across a broad portfolio
• Support operational readiness (e.g., basic support, handover, and communication) until a formal support model is established

Requirements:

• 5–10 years experience in product management, technical program management, or engineering leadership roles
• Strong technical understanding of: GenAI / LLM solutions, Multi-component architectures, AI agents, vector databases, data flows (even if not hands-on coding)
• Exceptional stakeholder management: the most emphasized skill. Ability to proactively communicate, influence, and maintain alignment with demanding business partners
• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional technical deliveries
• Ability to "look around corners" and ensure developers have clarity, deliver the right thing, and remove roadblocks early
