Technical Product Manager - AI Stockbroking

Bjak is a leading financial platform in Southeast Asia, dedicated to making insurance and financial services accessible to millions. We are currently building an AI-native Stockbroking Superapp and are looking for a talented Technical Product Manager to join our global, fully remote team.

Key responsibilities

• Own a product vertical end-to-end, including strategy, metrics, roadmap, and delivery.
• Shape technical design with engineering, focusing on APIs, data flows, ledgering, and system scalability.
• Drive complex trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, and regulatory requirements.
• Integrate regulatory compliance, such as KYC and transaction monitoring, directly into the product architecture.
• Apply AI strategically to improve user outcomes while ensuring reliability, human oversight, and clear evaluation frameworks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, specifically owning complex technical products from strategy to production.
• Strong technical foundation in system architecture, APIs, databases, and distributed systems.
• Proven experience in regulated domains such as payments, banking, trading, or insurance.
• Ability to collaborate closely with engineers to review and contribute to technical designs.
• Experience building with LLMs or AI products, with a deep understanding of evaluation and reliability.
