Technical Product Manager - AI Stockbroking App

Bjak is seeking a talented Technical Product Manager to join our global team and help build next-generation financial products. We are on a mission to make financial services accessible, reliable, and smart for everyone, leveraging the power of AI to redefine how users interact with their money.

Key responsibilities

• Own a product vertical end-to-end, including metrics, backlog prioritization, and defining clear acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering to shape technical designs, focusing on system boundaries, money-movement correctness, security, and scalability.
• Navigate complex trade-offs between speed, cost, reliability, and user experience while managing regulatory constraints.
• Integrate AI solutions where they add genuine value, ensuring human-in-the-loop oversight and rigorous evaluation of model outputs.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless product delivery.

Requirements

• Significant experience owning complex technical products with the ability to make decisive trade-offs under ambiguity.
• Strong technical foundation with the ability to review system designs, APIs, and architecture without needing to write production code.
• Proven domain expertise in regulated industries such as payments, banking, or insurance.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based products and a realistic understanding of AI limitations, hallucinations, and evaluation metrics.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively in a distributed, fast-moving international environment.
