Technical Product Manager - AI Neobank

BJAK is building an AI-native Neobank Superapp for Southeast Asia, covering payments, remittance, insurance, wealth, and trading. We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to own a product vertical end-to-end, ensuring our financial services are reliable, secure, and innovative.

Key responsibilities

• Own a product vertical end-to-end, including strategy, metrics, roadmap, priorities, and delivery.
• Shape technical design with engineering across APIs, data flows, ledgering, reconciliation, and system scalability.
• Drive trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, reliability, and regulatory requirements.
• Build regulatory requirements into the product, including KYC, transaction monitoring, and privacy.
• Apply AI strategically where it improves outcomes, ensuring clear evaluation, safeguards, and human oversight.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex technical products from strategy through production.
• Strong technical foundation across system architecture, APIs, databases, and distributed systems.
• Experience in payments, banking, remittance, insurance, trading, or other regulated, high-consequence domains.
• Ability to review, challenge, and contribute to technical designs alongside engineering teams.
• Experience building with LLMs or AI products, with a focus on reliability and evaluation frameworks.
